Description
This yummy dip/salsa is best served with tortilla chips - yum!
|
Directions
Mix beans through green onions in a bowl. Combine dressing ingredients separately. Pour over bean mixture and toss lightly.

Ingredients
2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
Feta cheese, to your liking, maybe 2 oz
Corn, may be thawed or fresh
1/4 cup green onions or more to your liking
Dressing:
garlic
pepper
1/4 c oil
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c apple cider vinegar
You can use less of the oil, sugar, vinegar, depending on your tastes.
