			| | Description A slightly new take on the traditional tuna casserole.  Pure comfort food!

 | Directions Cook spagetti in water till al dente.  Melt butter and saute onion, garlic and mushrooms.  Stir in the soup, milk, sherry and 1/2 cup cheese.  Blend in remaining ingredients.  Mix with spagetti and pour into a greased 2 1/2 quart casserole.  Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350 degrees till cheese is melted and casserole is hot...about 30-35 minutes.  Makes 6-8 servings.

  1/2 pound spagetti broken into 3 inch pieces 
  3 T. butter 
  1 clove garlic, pressed 
  1 onion, chopped 
  1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms 
  2 cans cream of celery soup 
  1/4 cup milk 
  1/4 cup sherry 
  1 cup grated sharp cheese 
  2 small cans tuna, water-packed 
  1 tsp. chili powder 
  1 tsp. salt
