Description
This has become our traditional "sweet potato" addition to the Thanksgiving table although we use yams which are a little sweeter and more moist than sweet potatoes.
|
Directions
Combine flour, sugar, oatmeal and cinnamon. Cut in butter to make coarse crumbs. Lightly toss 1 cup crumbs with the yams and cranberries. Arrange in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows and broil till browned. 6-8 servings.
