Asian Chicken Slaw Salad submitted by Mom Johnson |
|
|
Description
This is fast and easy to put together - we love it for camping too! I love using the Costco packaged chicken in the deli section.

Directions
Layer the cabbage in a large bowl with chicken, nuts, cranberries, onion, sesame seeds, sesame sticks and fresh cilantro. Combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, honey, ginger and sesame oil in a blender. Add 2 T. water and process until smooth. Lightly pour dressing over salad mixture and toss to combine. Recipe may be doubled. Serves 3-4.
