Low in calories and fat, this is really tasty!

Directions
In a 5-quart slow cooker, combine turkey, tomatoes, beans, tomato sauce, squash, onion, broth, corn, cranberries, jalapeņo, chili powder and garlic. Cover and cook on low heat for 10-12 hours or on high heat for 5-6 hours. If desired, stir in additional broth to make chili desired consistency. To serve, stir in the fresh spinach and sprinkle each serving with shredded Jack cheese. Makes 6 servings.

Ingredients
1 pound turkey breast tenderloins, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 cup (or more) peeled, seeded and cubed butternut squash
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can chicken broth
1/2 - 1 cup whole kernel corn
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 fresh jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
1 T. chili powder
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups fresh spinach
4 oz. Jack cheese with peppers, shredded
