Description
This is one of my husband's favorites! You serve this over spaghetti with LOTS of shredded cheddar cheese and onions on top. This is definitely a mans kind of meal.

Directions
1. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in a large saucepan over medium heat and add onion. Cook until tender
2. add beef and cook, breaking up with a wooden spoon, until browned
3. add all the spices and stir until mixed
4. add broth, tomato sauce and vinegar and stir until well mixed and bring to a boil
5. Reduce heat to low: cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally
(serve over hot spaghetti)

1 small onion
2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 Tbsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 (10.5 oz) cans of beef broth
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
