|
Description
A healthy version of meatloaf that's really tasty, from the American heart Association.
|
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, using a fork, lightly beat the egg white and milk. Add the remaining turkey loaf ingredients. Using your hands, gently combine ingredients and shape mixture into loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes, or until the turkey registers 165 degrees on an instant-read thermometer. Remove from the pan and let stand, covered for about 10 minutes. Turn loaf out onto a cutting board and cut into 8 slices. In a small bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients and serve with the slices of turkey loaf.
