Description
These are delicious. I've made them on the high setting and they were done after 3.75 hours. Very easy!
|
Directions
1. Trim excess fat from ribs.
2. In a large skillet, brown ribs on all sides in oil.
3. Put ribs in the crockpot and cover with sliced onion.
4. In a bowl combine all sauce ingredients; pour over ribs and onions.
5. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 8 to 10 hours, or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours. Stirring occasionally.
Serves 4 to 6.

Ingredients
Ribs:
2 to 3 lb. country style pork ribs, boneless
1 T vegetable oil
1 large onion, quartered and sliced 1/4-inch thick
Sauce:
1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
1 T prepared mustard
3 T brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
Dash black pepper
2 T apple cider vinegar
1 t celery seed
