Description
Asian themed - great for a meal or appetizer!

Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
To prepare meatballs, combine first 9 ingredients in a large bowl; shape mixture into 16 meatballs.
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray and add 8 meatballs to the pan, cooking for 6 minutes, browning on all sides. Remove meatballs and arrange on the rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Repeat with remaining meatballs.
Bake at 425 for 7 minutes or until done.
To prepare sauce, combine soy sauce, basil leaves, green onions, juices, water, miring, and red pepper in a small bowl. Serve sauce with meatballs. Garnish with additional basil leaves and chopped green onions if desired.

Ingredients
2/3 cup panic breadcrumbs
1/3 cup flaked sweetened coconut
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
2 T. sweet chili sauce
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp. fish sauce
1 1/2 pounds ground chicken2 are egg whites, lightly beaten
Sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 T. chopped fresh basil leaves
1 T. chopped green onion
2 T. fresh orange juice
1 T. fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. water
1 1/2 tsp. mirin (sweet rice wine)
Dash crushed red pepper
Basil leaves
Chopped green onions
