Description
Make ahead for a Super Bowl meal!

Directions
Broil chicken breasts until tender. Bone. Place on the bottom of a 13x9x2 inch pan in large pieces.
Cut tortillas in strips and place on top of chicken. Mix all other ingredients and pour over chicken and tortillas. Grate additional cheese on top, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, covered; then 30 minutes, uncovered.

4 whole chicken breasts
1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 small onion, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (15 oz.) can chili con carne/no beans
1 (7 oz.) can Ortega green chili salsa sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
