 | Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Combine all crust ingredients and press into a 10-inch springform pan and half way up the sides.
 
 In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and the 2 sugars together until fluffy.  Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.  Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into crust.
 
 Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes.  Cool completely, cover and refrigerate overnight.

  Crust: 
  1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs (or vanilla wafers, crushed) 
  1/2 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts 
  1/4 sugar 
  5 T. butter, melted 
  1/2 tsp. nutmeg 
 
  Filling: 
  3 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened 
  3/4 cup sugar 
  3/4 cup packed brown sugar 
  4 eggs 
  1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin (NOT pie filling!) 
  1 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon 
  1 tsp. vanilla 
  1/2 tsp. nutmeg 
  1/4 tsp. cloves
