Description
From my mother-in-law, Margot Johnson. This is a wonderful side-dish for anything pork!

Directions
Combine first 8 ingredients and turn into a 1 quart casserole. Combine remaining cracker crumbs and butter to sprinkle on top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serves about 6.

Ingredients
16 oz. can cream-style corn
10 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup saltine cracker crumbs (12 crackers)
1 T. instant minced onion
2 T. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 cup saltine cracker crumbs (6 crackers)
1 T. butter melted
