Spiced Apricot Cranberry Sauce submitted by Mom Johnson |
|
|
Description
Serve this slightly different sauce with your Thanksgiving turkey or a roast pork loin. I usually double or triple the recipe for a larger group.

Directions
In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, water, cinnamon, cardamon, and nutmeg. Bring to a boil. Add the preserves, cranberries, and dried apricots. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve now or let cool, cover and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. Makes 1 1/4 cup
