			| | Description This recipe makes 2 loaf pans, perfect for freezing ahead of your busy holidays!

 | Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
 
 In a large bowl, cream the butter, sugar and orange zest together for 3-5 minutes.
 
 Add eggs one at a time and beat an additional minute for each egg.
 
 Mix and combine dry ingredients in a separate large bowl.
 
 Add dry ingredients alternating with the buttermilk to the butter/sugar/zest/egg mixture.
 
 Fold in cranberries.
 
 Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.  Pour in batter; bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes.
 
 Let loaves cool, then pour glaze over the top.
 
 Glaze - whisk all glaze ingredients together until smooth.
