Absolutely my favorite!

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 F
2. In a small bowl combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
3. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and egg. Beat well.
4. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Mix well. Add chocolate chips. Mix well.
5. Roll a heaping tablespoon of cookie dough into a ball. Place each ball 2" apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and place cookies on a cooling rack.
Yield: approx 3 dozen cookies

1 c Butter/margarine
3/4 c packed Brown Sugar
1/2 c granulated Sugar
2 t Vanilla
1 Egg
2 1/4 c Flour
1/2 t salt
1 t Baking Soda
2 c Ambrosia All Natural Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips (or any other choc chips you desire)
