Description
A good way to use up mushy bananas and raspberries! And who doesn't like chocolate!?
|
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, soda and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat the sugar with the butter until well-blended.
Add the eggs, beating well after each one. Add the banana and yogurt. Stir in the flour mixture just until moist; don't ovemix.
Stir in the chocolate chips and then gently stir in the flour-covered raspberries. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then remove from pan and cool completely on a rack.

2 cups flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup butter, at room temperature
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups mashed bananas (about 3-4)
1/3 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 - 1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup fresh raspberries tossed in 1 T. flour
