Description
This recipe is from Aaron's Uncle Erick's grandma Sina who is Norwegian.

Directions
Set oven at 400F
Sift dry ingredients into bowl. Cut in shortening until mealy. Add beaten eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Roll thin, cut (circle cutter), sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 10 minutes

2 cups sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
4 cups flour (or enought to roll)
