Sounds good...will let you know how it turns out!

In a large bowl, combine oats, coconut, oat bran or wheat germ, sunflower seeds, and raisins. In a separate bowl, combine water, oil, syrup or honey, vanilla, and salt. "Lump" these two mixture together and spread thinly onto cookie sheets. Bake in a preheated 250-degree oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

v 6 cups whole oats
v 1 cup unsweetened coconut
v 2 cups oat bran or wheat germ
v 1 cup sunflower seeds
v 1 cup raisins
v 1/2 cup water
v 1 cup canola oil
v 1 cup maple syrup (or honey for variety)
v 2 teaspoons pure vanilla
v 1 teaspoon salt
