This is a delicious summer BBQ dish.

1) Combine lime juice through orange zest in a large bowl.

2) Place pork in a 9x13 pan and pour 1/2 cup of marinade over

3) Put pineapple and scallions in separate bowl and toss with remaining marinade

4) Marinate all for 30-45 min.

5) Set grill to medium. Remove all from marinade and salt and pepper pork on both sides lightly.

6)Grill covered until pork is just barely cooked through 3-4 min per side and the pineapple and scallions are warmed through 2-3 min per side for pineapple and 1-2 min for scallions.

v 1/4 c lime juice (1-2 limes)
v 1/4 c sesame oil
v 1/4 c soy sauce
v 3 Tbs fresh ginger
v 2 Tbs orange juice
v 2 Tbs rice vinegar
v 2 Tbs olive oil
v 1 Tbs dk brown sugar
v 1/2 tsp grated orange zest
v 6 boneless center cut pork loin chops 3/4" thick
v 1 ripe pineapple cut into 1/2 in strips
v 1 bunch scallions
