Description
Traditional Spanish/Cuban meal. Served as a soup or over rice.

Directions
Bring garbanzo beans and alot of water to boil with the bay leaves and pigs feets. Boil until soft (1.5+ hours). Still is soupy. Add cabbage and sofrito
Sofrito:
Saute onion, garlic, green pepper, oregano in olive oil. Add tomato sauce and a little wine. Add paprika and saffron.

Ingredients
1lb dried Garbanzo beans
Pigsfeet 3-4, washed and if salted soak to remove salt (and don't add salt)
white or yellow onion
garlic, 3-4 cloves
1/2 green pepper
oregano
bay leaves
Tomato Sauce, 8 oz
Paprika circle sprinkle
Saffron -2-3 threads
white or red wine you would drink, just a little
1/2 head of cabbage, large chunks
