Description
Tired of regular old pork chops? Wanna try a new taste? The peaches add a wonderful zing to the old stand by. I highly recommend this meal!

Directions
Combine the first 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Add pork chops and peaches, mix them all ingredients so that the pork and peaches are well coated.
Heat a nonstick grill pan coated with cooking spray over medium to high heat. Remove pork and peaches from bowl and place them on the grill pan, cook 4 minutes on each side or until pork is done. Keep the marinade in the bowl.
While pork chops cook, place marinade in a microwave safe bowl, microwave marinade on HIGH for 2 minutes.
Spoon the marinade over the pork and peaches.

1/3 cup bourbon
1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 (4 ounce) boneless center cut loin pork chops (about 3/4 inch thick), trimmed
2 peaches, halved and pitted
