			| Bison Meat Loaf submitted by Mom Johnson |
			| |
			| |
			| | Description Bison has higher protein, iron and B-12 than ground beef....plus is much lower in fat and cholesterol. We really enjoyed this Italian version of meatloaf - serve with your favorite Italian-style sauce.

 |
 | Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, using your hands. Spray a shallow, oval casserole dish with Pam. Pat the meat mixture into the pan and top with tomato sauce or ketchup if desired. Bake for 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 hours. (I baked mine on "convection bake" for about 1 hour) Top with more tomato sauce or ketchup, if desired.
