Description
For breakfast or dessert!

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place croissant pieces in a 9-inch square pan and sprinkle with blueberries.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla in a medium bowl with an electric mixer until well-blended. Gradually add milk, beating well after each addition. Pour evenly over croissant pieces and let stand for 20 minutes.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 35-45 minutes or until set in the center and golden brown. Cover with foil the last 10 minutes if the top is getting too brown.

Serve warm sprinkled with powdered sugar. 6-8 servings.

v 3-4 large croissants (5-6 cups in pieces)
v 1 cup fresh blueberries
v 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
v 2/3 cup sugar
v 2 eggs
v 1 tsp. vanilla
v 1 cup milk
