The Margot Johnson Collection of recipes of which there are only a few, were found in Aaron's grandma's sweet wooden rolltop recipe box. This recipe is actually from Linda Johnson, Aaron's mom.

Heat oven to 375.

Combine brown sugar and butter, beat until well mixed.
Add sour cream and eggs; continue beating until well mixed.
Stir flour, baking soda, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon into sour cream until moistened.
Stir in rhubarb.

Spoon into muffin pan. Mix together sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top. Bake 25 to 30 min until lightly browned.

v 1/2 c packed brown sugar
v 1/4 c butter, softened
v 1 8oz (1 cup) sour cream
v 2 eggs
v 1.5 cups flour
v 3/4 tsp baking soda
v 1/2 tsp cinnamon
v 1.5 cups sliced 1/4 inch rhubarb

v 1 Tbs sugar
v 1/2 tsp cinnamon
