Directions
1) Preheat oven to 350F. Grease 2 loaf pans
2) Mix eggs, sour cream, honey, orange juice and bananas well.
3) Add the dry ingredients all at once. Stir until just combined.
4) Pour into loaf pans and bake.
5) Check after 50 minutes. May need 5-8 minutes more.

1 cup finely ground nuts
3 c flour
1.5 t baking soda
2 T orange juice
1 t salt
