Description
This is so good, I could have eaten the entire piece by myself! (Recipe from Stephanie Cooper, neighbor)

Directions
Mix the sugar and the salt. Lay the salmon on a large piece of Saran Wrap. Sprinkle the vodka over the salmon, then half of the sugar/salt mixture and half of the chopped dill and caraway seeds. Turn salmon over and repeat. Wrap tightly in Saran Wrap and set the package on a rimmed dish (it will weep) and refrigerate. Turn every 12 hours for 2-3 days. Unwrap, rise, pat dry and slice thinly at an angle. The salmon will last a couple of weeks wrapped in the refrigerator if it isn't eaten! Enjoy!
