Cincinnati Chili submitted by Belen Johnson
Description
This is one of my husband's favorites! You serve this over spaghetti with LOTS of shredded cheddar cheese and onions on top. This is definitely a mans kind of meal.

Directions
1. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in a large saucepan over medium heat and add onion. Cook until tender
2. add beef and cook, breaking up with a wooden spoon, until browned
3. add all the spices and stir until mixed
4. add broth, tomato sauce and vinegar and stir until well mixed and bring to a boil
5. Reduce heat to low: cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally

(serve over hot spaghetti)
