Description
Asian themed - great for a meal or appetizer!

Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

To prepare meatballs, combine first 9 ingredients in a large bowl; shape mixture into 16 meatballs.

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray and add 8 meatballs to the pan, cooking for 6 minutes, browning on all sides. Remove meatballs and arrange on the rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Repeat with remaining meatballs.

Bake at 425 for 7 minutes or until done.

To prepare sauce, combine soy sauce, basil leaves, green onions, juices, water, miring, and red pepper in a small bowl. Serve sauce with meatballs. Garnish with additional basil leaves and chopped green onions if desired.

Ingredients
v 2/3 cup panic breadcrumbs
v 1/3 cup flaked sweetened coconut
v 1/4 cup chopped green onions
v 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
v 2 T. sweet chili sauce
v 2 tsp. minced garlic
v 1 1/2 tsp. fish sauce
v 1 1/2 pounds ground chicken2 are egg whites, lightly beaten

v Sauce:
v 1/4 cup soy sauce
v 2 T. chopped fresh basil leaves
v 1 T. chopped green onion
v 2 T. fresh orange juice
v 1 T. fresh lemon juice
v 1 1/2 tsp. water
v 1 1/2 tsp. mirin (sweet rice wine)
v Dash crushed red pepper
v Basil leaves
v Chopped green onions
