Description
This is your basic cole slaw that is nice because it is not too creamy. We love pairing it with pulled pork or chicken wings. This is adapted from Bobby Flay.

Directions
Combine the shredded cabbage and carrots in a large bowl. Whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, onion, sugar, vinegar, mustard, celery seed, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl, and then add to the cabbage mixture. Mix well and taste for seasoning; add more salt, pepper, or sugar if desired.

Ingredients
v 1 head green cabbage shredded
v 2 large carrots, finely shredded
v 3/4 cup mayonnaise
v 2 tablespoons sour cream
v 2 tablespoons grated Spanish onion
v 2 tablespoons sugar, amount is optional
v 2 tablespoons white vinegar
v 1.5 teaspoons dry mustard, you can add more or less to taste
v 1/4 teaspoon celery seed, or to taste
v Salt and freshly ground pepper
