Description
A nice moist cake loaded with fruit. An easy cake for Fall from Best Church Supper Recipes.

Directions
In a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. Combine dry ingredients; stir into the fruit mixture.

Pour into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.

For the frosting, in a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and butter until smooth. Beat in the milk and vanilla; frost cake. Store in the refrigerator. 12-15 servings.

Ingredients
v 2 cups shredded peeled tart apple
v 2 cups shredded peeled pears
v 2 cups sugar
v 1 1/4 cups canola oil
v 1 cup dark or golden raisins
v 1 cup chopped pecans
v 2 eggs, beaten
v 1 tsp. vanilla
v 3 cups flour
v 2 tsp. baking soda
v 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
v 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
v 1/2 tsp. salt

v Cream Cheese Icing:
v 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
v 3 cups powdered sugar
v 1/4 cup butter, softened
v 2 T. milk
v 1/2 tsp. vanilla
