Description
Don't know how this one tastes just yet... we're trying it for New Years...

Directions

  1. Grate the chocolate and mix with the coffee granules.
  2. Place the cream in a porcelain or heatproof bowl and add the chocolate and coffee. Place over the fondue pot half-filled with simmering water and heat gently, stirring continuously until the chocolate is thoroughly blended and smooth.
  3. Stir in the sherry and heat gently, then transfer to the table and place over a fondue burner to keep warm.
  4. Serve with marshmallows or cubes of pound cake to dip into the fondue.

v 1 pound dark chocolate
v 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
v 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
v 2 tablespoons sherry
