Flank Steak Teriyaki submitted by Mom Johnson
An old recipe my mom used to make for summer BBQ's.

Remove membrane from flank steak. Do not have it scored. Remove fat and gristle and cut the steak into diagonal strips about 1 inch wide. Combine remaining ingredients. Add steak pieces and marinate for 24 hours. Remove meat from marinade, drain and thread on skewers. Cap each with button mushrooms, if desired. Broil or BBQ 4-5 minutes, turning once. Serves 4.

v 1 1/2 pounds flank steak
v 1 cup beef bouillon
v 1 tsp. seasoned salt
v 1/3 cup onion, chopped finely
v 1/8 tsp. powdered garlic
v 1 tsp. salt
v 1/2 cup soy sauce
v 2 T. fresh lemon juice
v 2 T.honey
