Crunchy and Colorful!
Mix cabbages and celery in a large bowl. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
Combine all other ingredients except the peanuts. Just before serving,toss cabbage mixture with dressing mixture. Stir in the peanuts.
1/2 head red cabbage, shredded
1/2 head green cabbage, shredded (or Savoy cabbage)
1 1/2 cups thinly sliced celery
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1 (10) package petite peas, thawed
1 cup dry roasted peanuts, chopped
3/4 cup sour cream
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 T. lemon juice
2 T. prepared Horseradish (more or less to taste)
1 T. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
