Asian Chicken Slaw Salad submitted by Mom Johnson
This is fast and easy to put together - we love it for camping too! I love using the Costco packaged chicken in the deli section.

Layer the cabbage in a large bowl with chicken, nuts, cranberries, onion, sesame seeds, sesame sticks and fresh cilantro. Combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, honey, ginger and sesame oil in a blender. Add 2 T. water and process until smooth. Lightly pour dressing over salad mixture and toss to combine. Recipe may be doubled. Serves 3-4.

v 1 bag Brocco-slaw mix (about 6 cups)(or use regular cabbage slaw)
v 2 cups rotisserie chicken, chopped
v 1 1/2 cups toasted almonds, walnuts or macadamia nuts (I used candied walnuts)
v 3/4 cup dried cranberries
v 1/2 cup sliced green onions
v 1 cup sesame sticks (in our produce section)
v 3/4 cups chopped cilantro
v 2 T. black or regular sesame seeds, toasted
v 1/4 cup olive oil
v 2 T. balsamic vinegar (I used white balsamic from Trader Joes)
v 1 T. soy sauce
v 1 clove garlic, chopped
