Gloria's Pumpkin Cheesecake submitted by Mom Johnson
A Fall-season delight that's rich and creamy! From my friend Gloria!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all crust ingredients and press into a 10-inch springform pan and half way up the sides.

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and the 2 sugars together until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into crust.

Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cool completely, cover and refrigerate overnight.

v Crust:
v 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs (or vanilla wafers, crushed)
v 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts
v 1/4 sugar
v 5 T. butter, melted
v 1/2 tsp. nutmeg

v Filling:
v 3 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
v 3/4 cup sugar
v 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
v 4 eggs
v 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin (NOT pie filling!)
v 1 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
v 1 tsp. vanilla
v 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
v 1/4 tsp. cloves
