Description
This recipe is from June Bergsagel, Uncle Erick's sister.

Directions
Mix well and pour batter on very hot lefse grill or frying pan and tilt grill around so fills up nice and round. Turn shortly, you will be able to tell. Roll it up and serve with syrup or fresh fruit. I use lefse stick to turn.




Ingredients
v 3 eggs, beaten
v 2 cups milk
v 1/2 tsp salt
v 1 cup flour
v 2 Tbsp butter (melted)
v 1 Tbsp sugar
