Union Square Bar Nuts submitted by Mom Johnson
This appetizer is wonderful when served slightly warm! From Courtney and kandy Veenker.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread nuts out on a baking sheet. Toast in the oven until light golden brown, about 10 minutes. in a large bowl, combine the rosemary, cayenne, sugar, salt and melted butter. Thoroughly toss the roasted nuts in the spiced butter and serve warm.

v 2 1/4 cups assorted unsalted mixed nuts
v 2 T. coarsely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
v 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
v 2 tsp. dark brown sugar
v 2 tsp. sea salt
v 1 T. butter, melted
