This is fabulous for sandwiches!
1) Place chuck roast in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
2)Pour BBQ sauce mixture over chuck roast.
3)Cover and cook: Low 8-10 hours or Hi 4-5 hours.
4)Shred meat with forks and stir so evenly coated.
Makes 12 servings.

1/4c red wine vinegar
2T Dijon-style mustard
2T Worcestershire sauce
1t liquid smoke flavoring
1/4t black pepper
1/4t garlic powder
