Asian Party Mix submitted by Mom Johnson
Sesame rice crackers and wasabi peas add irresistible crunch and tantalizing heat to this mix. Instead of the usual holiday chex mix, try this new version!

Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Add wasabi peas and peanuts; set aside. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add sugar and remaining ingredients, stirring with a whisk. Pour butter mixture over cereal mixture, tossing gently to coat. Spread the mixture onto a lightly greased 15x10 inch jelly-roll pan. Bake, uncovered at 200 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool completely and store in an airtight container.

v 2 cups sesame rice crackers, broken
v 1 cup small pretzel twists
v 1 cup wasabi peas
v 1/4 cup dry-roasted peanuts
v 3 T. butter
v 1 T. sugar
v 1 T. curry powder
v 1 T. soy sauce
v 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
v 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
v 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
v 1/4 tsp. salt
v 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
