Great vegetable sidedish!

Preheat oven to 300F

Place tomato and portabello strips on a baking sheet (can line with foil for easy clean up)

Bake for 30 minutes

Remove from oven and toss with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and spices, all in the amounts you desire.

Serves 4

v Plum Tomatoes sliced lengthwise (6)
v Portabello Mushrooms sliced in 1/2 in strips (3)
v Olive oil
v Balsamic Vinegar
v Spices (basil, oregano, etc.)
