Cornbread Salad submitted by Mom Johnson
Sounds unusual but delicious. Not for those on a diet!

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate until well-chilled. Makes at least 12 servings!

v 6 cups coarsely crumbled cornbread
v 1 pound bacon,cooked, drained and crumbled
v 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
v 2 large tomatoes, chopped
v 1 can (17 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
v 1 cup mayonnaise
v 1/2 cup chopped green onions
v 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
