Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 F
2. Combine first 3 ingredients, stirring well with a whisk. Place crust on a baking sheet; brush vinegar mixture over crust. Top with chicken, tomato, and mushrooms; sprinkle with cheeses and green onions.
3. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or until cheeses melt. Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients
2 T red wine vinegar
1-1/2 T dijon mustard
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 (16 oz) Italian cheese-flavored crust (Boboli)
1-1/2 c shredded cooked chicken breast (8 oz)
1 c chopped plum tomato (or canned)
1 c chopped mushrooms (optional)
3/4 c (3 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 c (1 oz) crumbled feta cheese (can't even tell it's in it)
1/4 c (1 oz) finely shredded parmesan cheese
1/4 c chopped green onions
