This recipe is so easy and so yummy. It tastes great in yogurt, with milk or all by itself.

Directions
Preheat oven to 325. In a bowl, combine oats, sugar, cinnamon and raisins, toss to mix. In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter, add honey and stir to blend. Pour over oat mixture and stir to blend. Spread mixture out on a baking sheet. Bake granola until golden and crunchy, 25-30 minutes. (Make sure you don't burn it! I've done it once...) Cool to room temperature.

Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 cup golden raisins (or crasins are good too!)
4 Tbs. unsalted butter (1/2 stick)
1/4 cup mille fiore or acacia honey (I use what ever kind of honey I have in the house)
