Description
Wonderful vinaigrette that packs in an extra omega-3 punch. It doesn't taste "healthy" either (like AJ would say).

Directions
Place flaxseeds in a spice mill or clean coffee grinder. Grind them into a coarse meal. Transfer to a small jar or container with a tight fitting lid. Add remaining ingredients, shake or whisk to blend. Store unused portion in refrigerator for a week.

2 T balsamic vinegar
3 T extra-virgin olive oil
3 T water
1 t dijon mustard
1 small clove garlic
1/4 t salt or to taste
freshly ground pepper to taste
