Directions
In a large bowl, combine oats, coconut, oat bran or wheat germ, sunflower seeds, and raisins. In a separate bowl, combine water, oil, syrup or honey, vanilla, and salt. "Lump" these two mixture together and spread thinly onto cookie sheets. Bake in a preheated 250-degree oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

1 cup canola oil
1 cup maple syrup (or honey for variety)
