Made famous by Karen Waterbury, this extremely rich, creamy fondue dip is AMAZING. Dip bread, vegatables, fingers... everything tastes good in this dip. It takes awhile to stir (45 minutes) so don't think you can make it in a hurry. Nonetheless, it's well worth the wait.

Directions
Over medium heat stir cream until thick (approx 45 minutes).
Melt butter, add anchovies and garlic to cream.
Serve!

2 1/2 cups cream
1 can anchovies
5 T butter
1 1/4 t garlic
