My favorite brownie recipe!

Directions
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Stir in the flour, vanilla, salt and pecans. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until done.
Combine powdered sugar, 1/4 cup butter, 1 tsp. vanilla and cream cheese, stirring in enough milk to make of spreading consistency. Spread over cooled brownies. Let stand to set completely.
Mix semisweet chocolate and 1/4 cup melted butter and spread over white layer. Tilt the pan to cover completely. Makes 20-24 brownies.
