Just the right amount of sweetness and chocolate! I added about 1/3 cup cream instead of the 3-4 tablespoons.

Directions
Beat butter in a stand mixer on high speed for about 3 minutes or until creamy and lightened in color, scraping down the bowl as needed.
Add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, 3 T. cream, and vanilla.
Beat on low speed until sugar is incorporated, then increase to medium-high speed and beat for about 2-3 minutes, scraping down the bowl several times. Add additional cream ifs needed to thin the frosting. Makes enough for 12 cupcakes.

3-4 T. heavy whipping cream (see note above)
