Directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cook pasta to desired doneness; drain and rinse with hot water. In a medium saucepan, melt butter and stir in the flour until well-blended. Add milk all at once, cooking until thickened. Stir in the parmesan cheese, salts and thyme. Remove from heat. Combine pasta, vegetables and sauce in a 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle Swiss cheese on top and bake for 10-15 minutes. Serves 6

2 3/4 cup uncooked mostaccioli pasta
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Pinch of crushed thyme leaves
3 cups cooked, drained and cut-up broccoli
1 cup sliced carrots, cooked and drained
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
