Quick (or Crockpot) Tortellini Spinach Soup submitted by Mom Johnson
Description
Make this quick soup on the stovetop or put it in the crockpot for an easy after-work meal. Serve with warm garlic cheese bread!

Directions
Place all ingredients into the crochet. Cut up the cream cheese into 1 inch cubes before placing into the crockpot. Cook on High for 3-4 hours stirring occasionally.

Or place all ingredients in a large pot on the stove top, stirring occasionally until cheese is melted and soup is hot.




Ingredients
v 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen cheese tortellini
v 1 bag fresh baby spinach
v 2 cans (10.5 oz.) Italian style diced tomatoes
v 6 cups low sodium chicken broth
v 1 package cream cheese (8 oz.)
v 1 tsp. cumin
v 1 tsp. oregano
v 1 tsp. garlic pepper
v Salt and pepper to taste
